Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Unused and Unopened Products:

You may return unused and unopened products within 5 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and labels intact.

1.2 Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within [number of days] days from the date of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Eligible Items for Returns

The following items are not eligible for return:

  •  Partly consumed products/medicines.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Condition of the product (unused, unopened, defective, damaged)

3.2 Return Authorization:

After reviewing your request, our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and any additional instructions for returning the product.

3.3 Packaging and Shipment:

Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include all original accessories and labels. Affix the return shipping label provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

Refund or Replacement


4.1 Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 days. The refund will be issued in the original payment method used during the purchase, unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Replacements:

If you opted for a replacement, we will process and ship the replacement product within 5 days, subject to availability. If the requested replacement is not available, we will offer a refund as an alternative.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Non-Receipt of Products


If you haven’t received your product within the estimated delivery timeframe, please
contact our customer support team at +91-99106-72020. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate actions to resolve it.

Modifications to the Return Policy
